Welcome to Preplay. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we’ll pack and ship from our Australian fulfilment partner. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there’s a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected misuse.

2. Products & use

Our products are designed for personal use only. They’re not medical devices and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always follow the instructions on the packaging and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. Once payment is authorised, your order will be processed. Discount codes or promotions can’t be applied retroactively.

4. Shipping

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law—see our Refund Policy for how to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preplay isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

7. Intellectual property

All site content—text, images, logos, product descriptions—is owned or licensed by Preplay. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written consent.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on our website at checkout applies to your purchase.
