• Orders that are placed before 12pm will be dispatched same business day (Monday - Friday).
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. 
• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 1 additional business day following a drop.
• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

If the customer chooses Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave this unattended/authority to leave is default if they deem it to be safe. Therefore, if your parcel is stolen, we are not liable for this. If you definitely want a signature on delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.
