Subscriptions & preorders

If we ever offer subscription or preorder options, you’ll always see clear details at checkout. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time before your next renewal date by contacting support@preplay.store.

One-time purchases

If you’ve placed a one-time order, it’s processed immediately after payment. Orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve been fulfilled or shipped.

Refunds & returns

All refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

We follow Australian Consumer Law and will provide a remedy if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

How to cancel or change an order

Email support@preplay.store with your order number and request.

If the order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before dispatch.
